What is "other" on my iphone?

well people say just restore it and it will fix the problem it will not this was mine (ipod touch)


when Size(mb)
Before 153.4
after restore with nothing on it 148.2
just been sync everything back on 191.6
a sync after that 133.9
 
Conclusion: it does not help much (but mine does not have much other so with more other it might help more)
